Nathan’s career highlights include winning the Premier’s Award in 2015 for his successful negotiations in China, handling multi-billion dollar international deals, and delivering groundbreaking outcomes in criminal law. His extensive experience across Asia, including China, Taiwan, Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Mongolia, and his fluency in Mandarin, French, and ongoing studies in Vietnamese, enhance his ability to navigate complex legal landscapes and cultural nuances.

Recently, Nathan managed the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility with a substantial $7 billion budget, focusing on contract law, corporate governance, and statutory interpretation. His return to Sydney marks a new chapter where he is committed to leveraging his formidable skills in negotiation and advocacy to make a meaningful impact in both private and public legal matters.
